Love, Light, Grace
A Spiritual Home ForPeopleOfGodin the Diocese of Gweru
Rooted in the Gospel of Christ, the Diocese of Gweru exists to bring alive the Kingdom of God in central Zimbabwe. Through prayer, sacraments, catechesis, and service, we walk with the faithful in every stage of life, from baptism to marriage, from education to health, from mission outreach to daily witness.
We are a family of FOUR deaneries and more than sixty parishes, united in faith and dedicated to spreading God’s love, nurturing hope, and living in the light of His grace.
To proclaim the Gospel of Christ in truth and service, building strong parishes and deaneries, fostering unity through guilds and associations, and offering guidance under the Bishop and the Diocesan Curia.
A Diocese that is a spiritual home of love, light, and grace rooted in the Sacraments, enriched by our guilds and associations, strengthened by collaboration in the Diocesan Pastoral Council, and alive in worship through our missions, deaneries, and parishes.
