Brief History of the Mission

St Joseph’s Hama Mission was founded in 1908 with Fr G Horing S.J being the first Priest in Charge. From 1908, up to date, the mission has been served by 80 priests. In 2008, the mission celebrated 100years of its establishment, thus making it one of the oldest missions in the Diocese.
